As we approach America’s 250th anniversary, GeorgiaForward, in partnership with the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA), invites your company to join us in advancing civic literacy and leadership statewide through the $250 for 250 Civic Literacy and Leadership Initiative. Within this historic effort, our initiative aims to unite communities across Georgia, strengthening civic literacy and understanding.

• Empower Youth Councils statewide with tools and resources to host civic literacy awareness events.

• Celebrate Georgia Read Bowl winners at Georgia Reads Day at the Capitol on March 3rd.

• Support Mayors and communities through America250 promotional kits for local literacy events and contests.

• Honor the 10 Georgia Reads Community Award winners in 2026.
